Introducing President Terri Parrill
Terri Parrill
I have been actively involved with Anglican Church Women for about 26 years, having held several positions in my Primary Branch; Chairperson of Family life, Social Concern and Worship, Education & Mission.
I have been involved at the Diocesan level for about 12 years, holding the positions of Chairperson of Worship, Education & Mission, Vice President and have begun my second term as President.
At the National level I served two years as Vice President and I have just begun my first year as President. At the present time, my parish ministry includes Licensed Lay Reader, Vestry Member, Altar Guild, and Choir Member. Also at the present time, on a diocesan level I am a member of Synod Executive.
My husband Bob & I just celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary and we have been blessed with four children and 5 grandchildren; with another one expected in the early spring of 2011. Two years ago I retired from my position as the Infrastructure Support Services Manager for Long Term Care Corner Brook with Western Health. I feel very blessed and humbled by all God has given to my family and me. I pray for his continued guidance as he leads me forward in my new ministry with the National Executive of Anglican Church Women in Canada.
